My eyes feel naked if I step out without putting on those precise winged lines on my eyes. Does the same happen with you guys as well? If yes, then we are on the same page. While the beauty world is revolutionizing around sketch and gel eyeliners, being a bit old school, I am still stuck to my brush eyeliners. Why? Because I feel extremely confident to work with brush eyeliners as a result of my years of hard work. I have been using Lakme’s Insta liner since long before I hooked on to the Lakme Absolute Shine Line Eyeliner. Needless to say, soon this became my daily favourite, and I ended up buying the bronze glitter eyeliner from the same shine line range.

The new Lakme Absolute Shine Line Shimmer Bronze is a glitter eyeliner which is perfect for wedding and festive season. Product Description

The packaging of the product is really light and convenient. It can be easily carried around even in smallest of the makeup pouch without any fuss. The tube reflects what colour you are going to get inside which ensures easy identification of the shades. The liner’s brushes are perfectly fine to give you those precise lines. The Lakme Absolute Shine Line sparky eyeliner is available in five super illuminated and gorgeous shades: Sparkling Olive, Liquid Gold, Black, Grey, and Shimmer Bronze.

My Experience

The formula is slightly gel-like which easily gives true colour in just a single stroke. The shade is fairly pigmented and has a metallic finish to it without overdoing the shimmer which makes it one of the best glitter eyeliner. It dries out fast than the other liners from Lakme. I would also like to mention about the brush which can be a big deal for people like me who needs precision. The brush is excellent and designed in such a way that even noobs are going to love it. This is a one-stroke kind of brush, apply it outwards to get impeccably playful eyes.

I also liked the after finish of the liner. The texture is smooth without overdoing the shimmer even after drying out. It stays longer for approximately 7-8 hours if you don’t smudge your eyes deliberately. I love going experimental with glitter eyeliners, that’s what I did with this one. I apply black eyeliner on the lower lash line, and the shimmer eyeliner goes up to add a little drama. The pigmentation is good as well; max two strokes delivers nearly perfect finish.

Overall talking about Lakme Absolute Shine Line glitter eyeliner, they are good in terms of shade quality. This metallic eyeliner surely adds that pop of shimmer needed for weddings or other events without looking blingy. The best thing is that neither they smudge easy nor do they start cracking after a certain period, which is awesome!
