Being on weight loss spree, detox water for weight loss has been my favorite to discuss lately. A human body comprises approx. 70% water, our body uses this water to keep itself hydrated. Drinking water is a natural source to boost your metabolism and one of the effective ways to promote weight loss.
Now that if drinking regular water does these wonders, why do we need to drink weight loss detox water or DIY infused water? So first ask these simple questions from yourself. Are you in distress because of those unwanted pimples or digestive system is not functioning properly? Do you feel sluggish throughout the day? Do you feel obese?

1. Lemon, Cucumber, Strawberry, and Ginger Detox Water for Weight Loss
When it comes to losing weight, lemon is the undisputed ruler. Cucumber helps in hydrating your cells and flushes out toxins from your body. Strawberries are packed with enzymes and antioxidants to kick start your metabolism, making this drink a nutritious powerhouse. Ginger is also being a good source of antioxidants, helps in melting down your fat and soothes the stomach problems having anti-inflammatory properties. All together this weight loss infused water not only nourishes your skin but also a great weight loss detox water for your body.
- Full pitcher of water
- Lemon 3-4 slices
- 1 sliced cucumber
- 3 chopped strawberries
- ½ inch ginger root, chopped
How to prepare:
Infuse all the ingredients into a pitcher full of water, leave it overnight for best results and your drink is ready. Pour this homemade weight loss detox water into a bottle and consume it throughout the day.
