Which Shade You Should Pick

This is where most of us get confused as it’s very tricky to pick up most suitable shade for perfect results. Don’t scratch your head ladies! You just need to determine your skin tone and choose from below mentioned categories, Thank me later!

1. Fresh Ivory (FCMS001)

It is a cool toned shade ideal for people having fair skin.

2. Au Natural (FCMS002)

Pick this shade if you have medium (wheatish/ light brown) skin tone.

3. Warm Beige (FCMS003)

This shade is ideal for dusky beauties having yellow/warm skin tones.

How to Use Colorbar Full Cover Concealer Makeup Stick

Colorbar full cover concealer

The application is thoroughly uncomplicated, just apply on the problem areas of your face and you are done. This is why I prefer to use this than the liquid foundations. For best and long-lasting results of any concealer apply on the skin by tapping instead of rubbing and smudging. In a rush, small stroke with fingertips will also do the trick.

Although it already feels quite moisturized If you have an extremely dry skin like mine, don’t hesitate in moisturizing your skin before applying this wonder stick, it won’t leave streaks and patches.

My Experience

Ideally, according to Colorbar, I should have opted for Shade 001 Fresh Honey which is for people having fair skin as I have fair skin tone but here is a catch ladies! Since my major problem area was my dark circles which have dark tone compared to rest of my skin, hence opted for Warm Beige shade. Consequently, it didn’t overexpose my dark circles and made my skin look all over even.

As you probably can even figure out in the picture, it gave me full even tone coverage without highlighting problem areas, and it stayed for good long 7-8 hours easily without getting smudged and patchy irrespective of how hot and humid it was outside. Although the company claims it protects your skin from getting tanned, I would suggest putting on some gel sunblock underneath.

I would definitely recommend you to buy this one, in fact, I myself would repurchase it; it gave me medium coverage on a daily basis. However, it is bit overpriced, but worth every penny as this single product makes your face ready when you are on the go.

Pros:

  1. The coverage is medium to full (Depends on your problem areas)
  2. Non-greasy light texture
  3. Stays long
  4. Multipurpose
  5. Travel friendly
  6. The stick is mess free, and application is effortless

Cons:

  1. Looks cakey if over applied
  2. Definitely not for parties (looking at price)
